When you submit your property details to us for advertising you are indicating that you are the legal owner of the property with the sole right to sell or let or you have the legal right to act on behalf of the seller or landlord. It is the responsibility of the seller/landlord or people acting on their behalf to provide all the correct information. We are not responsible for any misleading information. We trust that the information the seller/landlord or the people acting on behalf of the seller/landlord is accurate and a true reflection on the property that is advertised with us. Any details and photographs you provide must be owned by you when you advertise on our website. Remember buyers/tenants contact sellers/landlords directly to find out more information, arrange a viewing and negotiate a sale/let and we pay no part in negotiating of your sale/let.
If you are advertising a property and have entered into a contract with an Estate Agent it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions of any contract you have entered into, to ensure they allow you to sell privately. We will not be held responsible for the payment of any fees, commissions due under any legal contract that you have entered into. See contracts below.
- Sole Selling Rights means your Estate Agent is the only one with the right to sell your property. Even if you find a buyer yourself you will still have to pay the Agent.
- Sole Agency also means the Estate Agent is the only one with the right to sell your property, but if you find a buyer yourself you will not have to pay the Agent.
- Multi Agency means that you choose several Estate Agents to market your property, but you will only have to pay commission to the one who sells it.
