Terms & Conditions

Our business provides an online advertising service, which lets sellers or landlords publicise their properties. All of the properties that are listed are not owned by Your Property Key. When you submit your property details to us for advertising you are indicating that you are the legal owner of the property with the sold right to sell or let or you have the legal right to act on behalf of the seller or landlord. It is the responsibility of the seller/landlord or people acting on their behalf to provide all the correct information. We are not responsible for any misleading information. We trust that the information the seller/landlord or the people acting on behalf of the seller/landlord is accurate and a true reflection on the property that is advertised with us. Any details and photographs you provide must be owned by you when you advertise on our website. Remember buyers/tenants contact sellers/landlords directly to find out more information, arrange a viewing and negotiate a sale/let and we play no part in negotiating of your sale/let.

If you are advertising a property and have entered into a contract with an Estate Agent it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions of any contract you have entered into, to ensure they allow you to sell privately. We will not be held responsible for the payment of any fees, commissions due under any legal contract that you have entered into. See contracts below.

Sole Selling Rights means your Estate Agent is the only one with the right to sell your property. Even if you find a buyer yourself you will still have to pay the Agent.
Sole Agency also means the Estate Agent is the only one with the right to sell your property, but if you find a buyer yourself you will not have to pay the Agent.
Multi Agency means that you choose several Estate Agents to market your property, but you will only have to pay commission to the one who sells it.

Promotional Offers

From time to time we may run a promotional offer. This will be advertised upon our website and valid up to the specified period for customers selling or letting their properties. Your property details and payment must be received before the advertised period to guarantee any promotional saving. After the specified period we reserve the right to amend or change any promotional offers that maybe available. Any changes will be notified on our website.

Pricing

The pricing shown on our sale or to let packages is the price payable. We do not charge any extra fees or have any hidden costs of any kind, even when your property is sold or let. We will always endeavour to offer value for money for our service. We do, however, reserve the right to amend or change any pricing at anytime, any change will be displayed on our website.

Payment

We accept payments through Paypal an online secure payment facility. No credit or debit card details from transactions are stored on our website. PayPal is the safe way to accept payments online. It is free for customers and you do not have to have a PayPal Account, it will also speed up the payment for our service. Cheques are also acceptable as an alternative payment and they should be made payable to Your Property Key.

Sign Boards

If you have requested a sign board this will be dispatched by Royal Mail within 7 working days of receipt of payment.

Private Policy

We ensure that any customer information provided will remain confidential at all times. We will not at anytime pass your details onto any other agencies. Your property would only be advertised solely on our website. Any information that you provide will remain confidential.

Our website is updated 24 hours a day. Sometimes we may take the site off-line without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.
